Experience Nature
Forest School is a child-led, immersive experience designed to encourage play, exploration, and supported risk-taking over an extended period.
Through hands-on learning in natural surroundings, it develops confidence and self-esteem. This approach goes beyond mere knowledge acquisition, fostering social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and intellectual development in learners.
In a secure and non-judgmental environment, learners are encouraged to experiment, take risks, and solve real-world problems, building self-belief and resilience.
Forest School cultivates a profound connection to the world and helps learners understand their place within it.
National Curriculum Programmes of Study
Key Stages 1 & 2
We offer support for teachers with the delivery of the science and geography programmes of study key stages 1-2.
Our hands-on sessions are a great way for learners to work scientifically -gaining experience in a range of scientific methods including observing, identifying, classifying and recording.
We can deliver classroom sessions and outside the classroom sessions.
